Job information: The E.E. Cammack Group School is a sales leadership development program that gives you a chance to join a company leading the way in health care reform. The program started in 1924 and continues to prepare recent college graduates as well as established professionals for various sales roles throughout the organization. Today, alumni hold high-profile positions at Aetna and other leading companies within the health care industry. In sales, our goal is to meet customer needs, while helping people make better decisions about their health and health care spending.

Group School is a year-long development program with US and international placements available. Program participants start their journey in Hartford, CT for the first six to eight weeks of training. They then move to regional sales offices across the nation for additional on-the-job training. Group School offers participants opportunities in various business segments, as well as extensive networking, mentoring and coaching opportunities.
