Pat Pallentino is the director of the Sales Institute in the Marketing Department at the FSU College of Business. Utilizing his more than thirty years of industry experience in international and domestic sales he developed the curriculum and along with several other full time professors, teaches courses in Professional Selling, Advanced Sales, Competitive Selling and Sales Management.

Willy Bolander is an Associate Professor in the College of Business at Florida State University and is actively involved in the FSU Sales Institute. He holds a B.B.A. in Professional Sales from Kennesaw State University (Atlanta, Georgia) and a Ph.D. in Marketing from the University of Houston. His research focuses on sales management, marketing strategy implementation, and organizational change and has been published in various outlets, including the Journal of Marketing.

Shannon Young

Shannon works as the department’s Event Coordinator. She provides assistance with the departments day-to-day operational tasks as well as plans and coordinates the department events and competitions. Shannon has over 12 years’ of experience in the area of education and over 15 years’ of experience in Customer Relations. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Public Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Business Administration.
