Attendee Registration

All sponsor companies and primary contact are pre-registered.  As the primary contact, please click on the “My Profile” link on the right and check all the entries. Be sure to check the box indicating whether or not you are personally attending. Then when you know the names and contact information for other attendees, click on the “Additional Attendees” link on the right and enter all the required information. Only registered attendees will have access to the career fair, meeting areas or role-play areas.

Room Reservations

Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center (Host Hotel)
The host hotel is the Caribe Royale Orlando and we have negotiated a discounted rate of $139 per night for double-occupancy reservations, additional adults are $15.00 each per night.

All guests shall make reservations directly with the hotel. You may click here to visit the reservation website room block link. A credit card will be needed at the time of your reservation request.

PLEASE NOTE the rooms at the Caribe Royale will go very quickly. The cutoff date to make room reservations is Friday, September 8, 2017. THOSE ATTENDEES THAT CANCEL THEIR RESERVATIONS AFTER SEPTEMBER 9, 2017 WILL FORFEIT A ONE NIGHT’S ROOM AND TAX FEE.

Complimentary guestroom internet and access to the Fitness Center is included with your stay at the Caribe Royale.

Complimentary onsite self-parking is available for all participants of the ICSC.

Opportunity Guide

The Opportunity Guide will be distributed during the competition to all the student participants. As a sponsor of this event, you are entitled to ad space in this brochure to describe the jobs and internships available at your organization. As a reference, you may view the 2014 Opportunity Guide which includes the ads used. Please also view the ICSC Ad Specs document to assure the measurements will be adequate for placement of your Ad in the Opportunity Guide. Positions will also be displayed on our Sponsored Jobs web page, please review and e-mail Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, with any edits or additions, as needed. The deadline to submit an Ad for the ICSC Opportunity Guide, logo, and website updates is by close of business on Monday, September 4th.

Career Fair

Sponsors have been pre-assigned a spot based on your sponsorship level. A 6′ rectangular table and two chairs will be provided for your 6′, 8′ or a 10′ x 10′ space. If the table and chairs are not needed, please e-mail Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, by Friday, October 13th. Your team is responsible for bringing their own table dressings, linens will not be provided.

During the Career Fair, a rotation of infomercials will be played on a continuous circuit and can consist of a video, preferred, or series of PowerPoint slides. So that there is no interference during conversations there will be no sound. To include your company send a 60-90 second video in .mp4 format to styoung@business.fsu.edu by Wednesday, October 18th.

Shipping and Receiving Materials

If you plan to ship material to the Caribe Royale in advance, you will need to familiarize yourself with their Receiving Process and Procedures. This document should provide you with the details and standards of the hotel. It is recommended that you ship items to arrive at least 2-3 days beforehand.

If you are lodging at a hotel other than the Caribe Royale, you may still ship your items to them. Contact UPS directly for more information.

PLEASE USE YOUR NAME ON ALL SHIPMENTS AND AS THE INDIVIDUAL WHO WILL CLAIM PACKAGE(S).

Electricity

If you need electricity at your space during the career fair place your order using this form. To take advantage of the “Advance Payment Price”, the orders need to be placed by Wednesday, October 18th, after that you will pay the “Regular Price”. To place your order please email your completed form to support@edlenelectrical.com.

Social Legacy Project

For the last few years, ICSC incorporated a sustainability plan in which we partnered with Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida. We are asking all attendees to participate in our project by bringing at least one non-perishable food item to the registration desk at the time of check-in. We are looking forward to 100% participation and are really excited about the food this would provide to this charitable organization in support of people in the surrounding counties. Order Lunch Tickets

Lunches on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday are provided for all attendees but you must pre-order by noon on Thursday, October 12th. Please order meals after attendees have been finalized, should attendees change please notify Shannon Young by email, styoung@business.fsu.edu. If you would like to purchase a meal for the Awards Luncheon, please order a meal ticket and Shannon Young will contact you with additional information.

To reserve your meals you must Eventbrite - The International Collegiate Sales Competition (ICSC) 2017. We will place a food order based on the reservations received, you must print out and have your meal tickets on the day and at the time of lunch to pick up your order.

The lunches selected will be based on the majority, however, we will accommodate medical dietary restrictions if notified in advance. Should you have a special medical need, please email Shannon Young, styoung@business.fsu.edu, by noon on Wednesday, October 12th.

Disney Tickets

Please join us at Disney World this year! It provides a different setting and is a GREAT opportunity to network with students. Discount tickets are $78.87 if you pay by check or $80.85 if paying by credit card. Transportation…we have you covered.
